What delivery options do you offer?

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days) – R100
  • Pep to Pep Delivery (7-9 business days) – R100
  • Soccer Kit Delivery (Special Handling, R250)
  • Click & Collect (pick up your order at our store)

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are currently focused on providing the best possible delivery service within South Africa.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order’s status.

What happens if I’m not home for delivery?

  • For Standard Delivery & Soccer Kit Delivery, if you’re not available at the time of delivery:
    • The courier may leave the package in a safe place or with a neighbor.
    • A delivery attempt notice will be left with instructions for rescheduling or pickup.

For Pep to Pep Delivery, you will receive an SMS notification once your order arrives at your selected Pep store. Please bring your ID and have your SMS information on hand when collecting your package.


Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size or color swaps of the same item.
  • Certain items, such as underwear and personalized items, are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Request an Exchange

  • Visit our store with your proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • If purchased online, contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange process:
  • Exchanges can be done in-store or via courier, depending on your location.

3. Exchange via Courier

  • If exchanging via courier, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received incorrect.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

4. Items Received Incorrect

  • If you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Underwear for hygiene reasons
